Shipping Policy

Gentleman’s Edge offers free shipping on all orders over $300 dollars and a flat rate of $15 dollars for orders under $299. This applies for the upper continental  48 United States. Shipping to Canada is flat rate $25 on all orders.  Shipping to all other areas is custom quoted per order. A sales representative will contact customers with international orders to provide a shipping quote. Return Policies
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. ***Custom  modified or special orders are always paid in full and can not be returned.***

We cannot accept items that have been used. All items must be in new condition and in the original undamaged packaging. Upon receipt of returned goods, Gentleman’s Edge reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

At this time, Gentlemansedge.com offers USPS and UPS return labels for domestic return addresses. Please contact us to have a return label sent to you.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund. Gentleman’s Edge will provide a pre-paid USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the US. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Gentleman’s Edge Customer Service by email at customercare@gentlemansedge.com

Credit
After credits are approved they are posted to your credit card within 15 business days of the time that your returned merchandise is received by Gentleman’s Edge
